Wolf Blazar is a contemporary digital artist from Chelmsford, Essex. With a self-taught background, he has developed a distinctive artistic style he uniquely calls ‘Double Hexposure’.
With this debut collection, his approach combines the techniques of double exposure art with the familiar hexagonal shape of the honey bee cell. While incorporating multiple images within a single composition, he aims to offer viewers a deeper and more thought-provoking visual experience.
Building stories and narratives around every piece, he loves the artistic concept of a ‘painting within a painting’ and incorporates this style in a modern way, in an effort to stimulate diverse interpretations and perspectives of his work.
Each piece starts with a composition sketch and is then transferred to an iPad Pro to be digitally painted, stroke by stroke.
